What Types of Clothing Do You Alter or Repair?

1. Business and Casual Clothing
   New and existing wardrobe, including: dresses, skirts, slacks, pants, trousers, shorts, shirts, blouses, suits, jackets, bathing suits and jeans. Existing wardrobe items must be clean for the alteration to be completed.
2. Formal Wear
   New and existing wardrobe, including: dresses for all types of special occasions, such as wedding gowns, wedding parties, proms. Existing wardrobe items must be clean for the alteration to be completed.
3. Uniforms
   Alter, tailor, repair, add patches and trim for police, fire, EMS, military, private schools, and martial arts gis.

What types of garments can be restyled or resized?

1. Business and Casual Clothing
   Well cared for quality garments. All items must be clean for the restyling or resizing to be completed. I will always advise you if the desired restyling or resizing is not practical or possible.
2. Formal Attire
   Consider wearing your Mother’s or Grandmother’s wedding gown, slip or wedding veil. If the garment was preserved, the possibility exists. Please call me to discuss your options.

Can You Provide an Estimate?

1. Alterations and Repairs - Except for simple alterations and repairs such as hemming, or replacing a button or zipper, I must see the garment, or accessory. Please call me to discuss your requirements.

What Types of Payment do You Accept?

1. Cash - U.S. currency only.
2. Checks - - I accept personal and business checks in US funds drawn on a bank located in the United States. I do not accept counter checks or third party checks.

What are Your Payment Terms?

1. First-time Customers - I require a 50% deposit when the project begins. The balance is due upon pickup.
2. Repeat Customers - Payment to be made, in full, upon pickup. Pick up is required within 30 days upon completion. Any projects remaining after 30 days will accrue a storage charge.
